We have for sale an Antique Peg & Worm Corkscrew with Threaded Bladed Helix
Highly collectible Peg and Worm style corkscrew. These were made in the mid-19th century into the early 20th century, and you can still find some inexpensive ones made today.
This is an early 1800s steel Peg & Worm with a threaded bladed helix. The peg slides down the center of the helix for storage, pull the peg from the helix and screw into the hole at the opposite end of the helix to form a T-handle.
