We have for sale an Antique McDonald Blue Glass Canning Jar with Glass Lid.
This is a wonderful collectible jar. The McDonald Perfect Seal Blue Mason Canning Jars with wire bail and glass lid and rubber gasket. The jar has nice raised letter printing and lots of wonderful air bubbles in the glass which was very common for this period. The dark spots on the jar are not spots they are air bubbles in the glass.
Circa, 1910s
Marked, McDonald Perfect Seal, Bottom has a backward #4
Measures, 7 ½” tall, 3 ¾” diameter at base.
Condition, Very good vintage condition, with light scuffs and blemishes, wire has light rust. Please see all pictures.
