We have for sale Two 7oz Royal Ruby Bottles 1950
Rare find these two Royal Ruby Red Bottles. Made by the Anchor Hocking Glass Corp. of Lancaster, Ohio in 1949-50, and made for the Schlitz Brewing Company. Each bottle is marked on the bottom with the mold line number at the top, this pair have mold #1 & #8, 67-22 Royal Ruby Anchorglass and the Anchor Hocking logo in the center.

History,
7 OZ. Ruby Red Schlitz Bottle. This bottle is what they call an air-filled bottle. They were made and capped empty. Used for display purpose. These bottles were never meant to be filled. Signed on the bottom of the bottle line mole# and 67-22 5 50 Royal Ruby Anchor Glass. With the Anchor Hocking symbol. This bottle is shown in the Gene Florence book. Fire King and Anchor Hocking Price Guide. Rumor has it only a very few of these bottles were made, just how many is unclear.

Circa, 1949-50
Measures, 7-7/8” tall.
