We have for sale a Vintage Samsonite Style 2612 Luggage Train Case
Absolutely Gorgeous Train Case made by Samsonite it is a style #2612 made in Denver. The case is constructed of wood with Formica overlay and rubber trim, the inside is vinyl covered with pouches on the inside front and rear of the case and a 6” x 12” wide makeup mirror in the lid.
The case is the perfect size for that quick overnight stay or as a small carry-on bag.
Circa, 1950s
Marked, Samsonite Style 2612
Measures, Outside 13 ¼” wide, 8 ½” deep, 9” tall with handle folded down.
Inside 12” width, 6 ½” depth, 7” height.
Condition: Extremely nice condition for a 70 year old case, with minor wear and discoloration on the gold hardware, inside vinyl hinge covering has tear long the right side. NO KEY. Please see all pictures.
