We have for sale Antique Cast Iron Snowbirds, Ice Roof Guards Architectural Hardware
Wonderful Salvaged Architectural Hardware from the turn of the Century 1900s Manufactured by the F.N. Peter & Bro Foundry, Newside PA. Newside is a small hamlet in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
The Snowbirds are made of Cast Iron and in rustic but solid condition. You would have found these of slate and metal roof across Pennsylvania in the late 1800s used to divert snow and ice as it slid from the rooftops. They have had a fresh coat of paint and are clean and ready for display. These would make very unique door stops.
