We have for sale an Antique Mason’s Improved Fruit Canning Jar with Iron Cross Wonderful find this 1867 HFJ Company blue ½ gallon fruit jar with original zinc lid with glass insert and original rubber gasket.
Glass has wonderful bubble imperfections and is in lovely condition.
Circa; 1860s
Marked: Mason’s Improved, Pat Nov 26, 67
Measures; 9” tall x 4.5” diameter
Condition; Very good with normal scuffs zinc is worn and loose fitting, rim has a couple tiny flea bites. Please see all pictures.
