We have for sale a Vintage Set of Four Old Hickory Chef's Knives
Wonderful collection of vintage chefs’ knives. These belonged to a chef that went to culinary school in New York back in the 1940s I was fortune enough to purchase them from his wife. The knives are made by Old Hickory and the Hi-Carbon blades made by Ontario Knife Co. and Forgecraft.
If you or you know of someone that is into Cooking, Grilling or BBQ these are awesome butcher knives.
Circa: 1940-50s
Measures; 14.5” to 17.5”
Condition: very good vintage condition with tarnish. 2 knives have the original chefs name engraved in the handle.
