We have for sale an Antique Folding Bow Corkscrew with Foil Cutter
Wonderful corkscrew, this is known as a Folding Bow Corkscrew with foil cutter. The Bow corkscrew was invented sometime around King George #1 he was given a sterling silver one as a gift, this one not so old but it is from around the Civil War time frame 1850 – 1880s. It is made of with a heavy spring steel handle and hardened steel worm and foil cutter the tools can be folded out one at a time or together. These make great travel corkscrews but be careful getting at the airport they love to confiscate corkscrews with blades.

Circa; 1860s
Measures; 5.5” Long open, 2.75” wide
Condition; Very good nice tight spring handle, straight sharp worm.
