This is a Adlake switch lock made for the Monongahela Railway system they operated in a little corner of Western Pennsylvania, they were a coal-hauling route. Lock is stamped on back (MRR RY, PAT. MAR 20, 1920)

Marked; Adlake 24, MRR RY, PAT. MAR 20 1920
Condition; good with light surface rust, untested sold AS IS.
