We have for sale a Vintage MUNISING Wood Dough Bowl Solid Maple
This is a beautiful Munising wood dough bowl with wonderful patina and lots character made from solid maple it is the perfect size and will work wonderful in the kitchen or as a decorative center piece it is in vintage condition and ready to be used for years to come.
Measures; 13 ½” x 12 ½" across and is approximately 4 ¼” deep.
Condition is very nice, Great Patina with nice oil rubbed finish, has various scrapes and marks from years of wonderful use, very vintage piece. The Munising name is fant but visible.
We have oiled this bowl with food safe mineral oil, this is to preserve the wood and keep it from cracking.
History;
Munising Bowls are from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Bowls were created there between 1911 and 1955.
