We have for sale an Antique Rare single pivot "CLAM SHELL" corkscrew.
One of the most difficult American folding pocket corkscrews to find is this corkscrew nicknamed the "Clam Shell". This wonderful little silver plated brass corkscrew is an amazing find and a top 10 on any collectors list.
A pearl shaped cap at the top of the corkscrew has groves on each side which match the groves on the clam shell cover, there is a small clip which holds the sides together when closed, has silver plated steel wire helix.
The condition of this corkscrew is wonderful these are usually fold with lots of wear and plating lose you won’t be disappointed in this at all. Please zoom into the pictures to see the true beauty.
