We have for sale an Antique 1880s Apothecary Medicine Spoon with built in Folding Corkscrew
This is a wonderful apothecary spoon from back in the day when everything had a cork stopper, the spoon is nickel plated copper and the screw is steel, has an advertisement on the inside of the spoon of different medicines offered by the Burroughs Wellcome company not sure I have ever heard of these old remedies nor would take them. If you collect apothecary items this will be a great addition to your collection.
These were USA patented in 1882 by Cornelius Tunis Williamson's

Hazeline Cream.
Kepler Extract & Essence of Malt
Kepler Solution of God Liver Oil.
Digestive, Demulcent, Strengthening
Hazeline, Beef and Iron Wine.


Era; 1880s
marked; Patented
Measures: 2 ¾“ folded , 4 ½“ open
Condition good for age, it was used and show plating wear (please zoom into pictures)
