We have for sale a Vintage 1950s Round Red Satin Lined Jute Woven Sewing Basket with Notions

Adorable fabric topped vintage jute woven sewing basket. Padded top is covered with orange, blue and grey flower fabric with a round jute covered handle for opening. Wicker style jute is woven around wooden slats to make up the frame and the base is wood. Red fabric cords with silver accents keep lid open and in upright position. The interior is red satin with red edging. Small white beads add to the interior lid detail. Notions include 4 wooden spools with thread, needles, thimble, crochet hook, seam ripper, 6” ruler. From the estate of a sewing basket collector in northern Minnesota.
This basket is in very good vintage condition with very minor wear. Structurally sound and ready for use or display! Would make a great gift for a novice or experienced seamstress.
