Wonderful find, this cast iron paper press made by the Standard Stationary Company. The press is in wonderful working condition and has its original paint and decals. This is a number 5 press with a 15” x 9½” press plate, plate has 3” of clearance for placing several paper sheets inside.
Circa, 1900-1920s
Marked, Standard #5
Measures, 21” wide x 11½” depth x 13” tall with screw down.
Weighs 68 pounds.
Condition, original used condition very solid no metal damage, paint chips throughout press.
