Made by the Walter A. Wood Company of Hoosick Falls, New York.
This is an original implement seat not a reproduction.
It will make perfect outdoor or barstool seat.

History,
In 1852 Walter A. Wood began manufacturing a horse drawn reaper in Hoosick Falls, New York. By the 1890s the Walter A. Wood Company was the largest farm machinery manufacturer in the world. The Company closed in 1924, due to the introduction of John Deere's revolutionary self-propelled farm equipment.
Circa, 1880
Marked, Walter A Wood.
Measures, 16¾” wide, 14½” depth.
Condition, wonderful vintage condition No chips or Cracks.
