Special treat, finding the lid with the crock, a collector's dream. The Red Wing Lids are designed with a flower pattern and the crock size number, you will notice the glazing on the lids is only on the center and the outer edge, and no glazing on about a 1" ring in the center (depending on crock size).
*The Lid, wonderful condition, one tiny outer rim chip, no cracks as shown in pictures, and normal manufacturing blemishes.
*The Crock, wonderful, has one tiny chip on the outer rim and a couple flea bite chips on the outer rim (shown in pictures), and normal manufacturing blemishes,

History,
Red Wing / Union Pottery introduced the Red Wing Logo around 1906, it was first issued at 6-inches wide, then reduced to 4-inches wide, and then to the more common 2-inch-wide logo.
The Blue Oval Logo at the base tells a more accurate timeline on when the crock was produced.

Circa, 1909 - 1920.
Measurements, 12¼” tall with lid, 10½” diameter at top rim, weighs 14.2 pounds.
