Vintage Wooden Cider / Fruit Press, Winery Tools
Wonderful old wooden Cider Press
When Prohibition was enacted in 1920s, manufacturers introduced cider / fruit presses for home use.
The press is made up of Ash and Oak Hardwood with cast Iron hardware. It comes with a cast iron press plate.
The wood frame is held together with a cast iron top frame which has two 16” long carriage bolts that run along each side. The wood collection pan with spout is made of 1” thick Wood.
The round press cage is 9” diameter and 11” tall.
Will made a wonderful Winery or Bar decor piece.
Circa, 1980s
Measures, 20” tall, base 12” x 12” square.
Condition, very nice clean condition.
