Antique Two-Tier Paper Roll Cutter Dispenser
Rare and Beautiful antique Kraft Paper Cutter, Dispenser. This holds two rolls of paper, upper can hold up to a 15” wide roll and the lower can hold up to an 18” wide roll. The cutting blades are spring loaded to keep tension on the paper roll as you tear off a section. The springs can be adjusted for the diameter of the roll you use.
It is made of cast iron with wood top spanner boards and wooden dowels the paper rolls set in. The Lion Paw feet have holes so that you can screw down the cutter top your work surface.
During shipping we will detach the upper section, which is easily reattached with the two screws with square nuts.
Overall condition is wonderful, clean, and very sturdy. Paper shown is included with purchase.
This will look adorable in your Craft Store or at home in your Craft Room.

Measures, overall height is 22¼”, width at base 23”, depth without paper is 8”.
