This beautiful Early Version Arcade Crystal coffee bean grinder, manufactured by Arcade of Freeport, Illinois.
The Arcade coffee grinder is the perfect addition to your vintage kitchen décor. Made of cast iron with glass hopper and catch cup, these would have been found hanging on the wall of your kitchen between 1890 to the 1930s.
The grinder is fully adjustable so you can get the perfect grind for that perfect cup of coffee.

Arcade grinders are very well made and easy to use, which is the reason they are so sought after. This one is approximately 110+ years old and will easily last a hundred more years. The original catch cup as usual was broken a long time ago and replaced with a jelly jar.
This is an early version of Arcade Crystal grinder with a fixed bean hopper. After 1910 the hoppers unscrewed from the grinder.

We have cleaned this grinder inside and out, it works magnificently. Has wonderful bubbles in the glass hopper very common in antique glass. Wall mounting screws are not included with purchase. The grinder is all original, with newer catch cup and a newer nut and bolt for the catch cup bracket.
This grinder is in amazing condition the glass is very clear with no chips or cracks, the paint on the cast iron is worn adding to the authenticity and patina of the piece. it will make a wonderful gift for that special someone or yourself.
