Vintage Coffee Grinder, German Made Coffee Grinder
This is an unusual coffee grinder with a horizontal Archimedean style auger which pulls the beans into the grinding plate.
It is very well designed and constructed made of an Ash hardwood case with dovetail corner joints, the auger and grinder are steel incased in a metal hopper. The crank handle on the back has an adjustment to set the bean grind from fine to coarse. The removable catch drawer makes retrieving the ground coffee an easy task.
The grinder has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready to grind you that perfect brew.
The label is worn so we are unable to make out the manufacturers name.
Circa, 1950-60s
Measurements, 5” x 5” x 5½” tall. Overall depth is 9” drawer knob to crank handle.
Condition, very nice clean condition.
