Antique Western Electric Number 20 series, Candlestick Headset Desk Telephone
Wonderful find this early Candlestick Telephone made by the Western Electric Co. This style phone was patented in 1904 and used into the 1920s.
It is made of nickel-plated brass with Bakelite plastic receiver and mouthpiece. This style phone would have been used by Secretaries.
Overall condition is amazing, it is as found minus a few layers of dust, finish has scuffs and scratch from use.
Circa, 1910-20s.
Measures, 12” tall, 5½” diameter at base.
