Antique Millers Falls Cast Iron 12” Bubble Level.
Wonderful twelve-inch cast iron Bubble Level, made by the Millers Falls Co., Millers Falls, Mass, USA.
This is a cast iron level manufactured in the late 1800s, it is a 12” long level with three bubble vial viewers. It can check level vertically and horizontally.
History,
The Millers Falls Company arrived from a merger of Millers Falls Manufacturing Co., and the Backus Vise Co. in 1872 to form Millers Falls Co.
In 1962 the company was acquired by Ingersoll Rand.
Circa, late 1800s
Measures, 12” long.
Condition, very good condition all three bubble vial viewers intact, original paint is worn off in most areas.
