Antique Enterprise Star Tobacco Cutter.
Wonderful find this beautiful 1800s tobacco plug cutter made by Enterprise Manufacturing Company of Philadelphia U.S.A. Patent January 20th, 1885.
Made of cast iron with a steel cutting blade the condition is fair, having lots of its original paint and pinstriping in yellow and red over black.
We have gently cleaned the finish, but please note this was used and there are chips, paint lose and surface rust throughout the cutter, please see all pictures.
Circa, 1880-1900
Marked, Enterprise Manufacturing Co
Measures, 19" long, 4 3/4" wide, 7" tall with handle down.
