Antique Arcade No. 25 Coffee Grinder Wall Mount Coffee Bean Grinder.
Wonderful early version of the Arcade Coffee Grinder, this is a No.25 which was produced between 1910 & 1930 manufactured by Arcade in Freeport, Illinois. It has a cast iron body with Arcade embossed on the neck and Arcade 25 embossed on the glass hopper also has scrollwork on the arm of the crank handle. The lid is original and embossed Arcade, the catch cup was broken a long-time age as usual and replaced with a Ball jelly jar. The glass hopper is a fixed hopper and does not remove, it is held in place with a rubber gasket which is original and in good condition.
It has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, it is in wonderful condition and ready to use. The grinder is fully adjustable so you can get the perfect grind for that perfect cup of coffee. The glass hopper has wonderful air bubbles and grains of sand embedded in the glass; this was very common in glass from this era.
The No.25 was the shortest of the Arcade wall mount grinders at only 15 ½” tall.

Circa, 1920.
Measures, 15 ½” tall, 5” wide, and protrudes off the wall 8½”.
Condition, very clean vintage condition, has some paint wear and scuffs, tin lid has surface spot rust.
