Cast Iron Danish Aebleskiver Pan
Wonderful old cast iron pan designed to make Asaebleskiver, a Danish pancake pancakes.
Pan is in very nice condition and lightly seasoned and ready to use.
** What do you use an aebleskiver pan?
Designed specifically for making the Danish pancake balls known Asaebleskiver, Ebleskiver or apple dumpling.
This type of pancake has a round shape rather than a flattened plate-like shape.
Circa, 1940-50s
Marked, 32D.
Measures, 1½” tall x 9¼” diameter, weighs 5.5 pounds.
Condition, very nice condition, appears to have no damage.
