Vintage 1960s ANRI Cigarette Box
Wonderful 1960s Italian made ANRI Woodcarving. The man is draper over a whisky barrel holding a glass, when the end of his coattail is pushed down it lifts the top of the barrel off revealing a cigarette holder.
Beautiful and highly collectible Anri woodcarvings have been around for over 110 years. Anri woodcarvings are extremely detailed they are hand carved and hand painted by craftsman in Italy no two are ever alike. Overall condition is near excellent, a wonderful collector piece.
Stamped on base with Anri logo, this logo was introduced in 1967 and used until the mid to late 1970s.
Circa, 1960-70s
Measures, 8” tall.
Condition, overall condition is wonderful has small chip on the top of hat and on backside of pant cuff (as shown).
