Apothecary Brass Cork Borer Set
Wonderful full set of Brass Cork Borers numbers 1 through 15 with clean-out staff.
These are used in Laboratories, Pharmacies and Chemistry rooms to bore holes in corks and rubber stoppers.
The borers are graduated every 1/16”, the smallest will cut a 1/8” hole and the largest cut a 13/16” hole.
Wonderful Apothecary display Item.
Circa, 1940-60
Measures, each cutter is 4” long.
Condition, solid, largest cutter has minor damage on cutting edge, just needs resharpened, as found with lots of patina.
