1930s Singer Model 20 Toy Sewing Machine
Beautiful and Original 1930s Singer Model 20 Sewing Machine.
We say original because these were reintroduced by Singer in the 1980s, but they were made in China. This is an original made in the USA in the 1930s.
The Singer Model 20 was first introduced around 1910, in 1926 they added threading number stamps 1 thru 6 which this machine has, meaning it was manufactured after 1926.
This is a beautiful machine all original with original felt on the base. As we show in our video the machine operates nicely and produces a chain stitch sewing pattern using one thread.
Overall condition is wonderful for age, we have cleaned and serviced the machine making sure it operates correctly. The paint has a few chips around base the chrome is discolored in spots, please see all photos. Does not come with hold-down clamp or instructions.
