Griswold Cast Iron #8 Kettle 811A, Slant Lettering Logo
Wonderful Griswold Cast Iron #8 Kettle with Slant Lettering Logo, made by Griswold of ERIE PA.
The bottom is labeled with the Griswold Slant Lettering Logo which was only made between 1939-1944 with smooth bottom pans.
The Kettle has been cleaned and seasoned, ready to be used or displayed. The upper wire handle is designed to fold in only one direction, Kettle also has a ring side tipping handle, Kettle is in wonderful, no cracks or chips.
Circa, 1939-1944
Marked, 8, Griswold Erie 811A
Measures, 10” diameter at top, 6 ¾” tall.
Condition, No cracks or chips, light pitting on bottom, needs cleaned and seasoned.
