Swedish Horseshoe Bell
Wonderful call bell made in Sweden. The brass bell is housed in a real horseshoe and attached to a wrought iron bracket for attaching to the wall.
We’ve all seen the poor-quality yard art bells mass produced overseas. This is not that, this call bell is an original from the 1960s made from a real horseshoe and a real brass bell.
Hanging bracket is marked on the backside (Made in Sweden) the horseshoe is marked M2 on the front and back.
Circa, 1960s
Measures, bell -2 ¾” tall 2 ¾” diameter. Bracket – 5 ½” wide 8 ¾” tall. Protrudes off the wall 4 ½”.
Condition, very good with spots of paint loss on frame, we have added a new return spring which returns bell to center of shoe.
