1928 Handlan Railroad lantern, Pennsylvania Railroad Company, PRR Railroad
Wonderful find this 1920s Railroad Lantern made by the Handlan Company of Saint Louis Mo. The lantern was made for and used by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
***The lantern is clearly marked on the glass globe and lantern top with the Pennsylvania Railroad Logo (PRR).
***Globe is in very nice condition with no chips or cracks and marked Handlan- 6 and etched with PRR Logo.
***Fuel can, and burner still has wick and cotton batting, can dose have rust hole in bottom.
Lantern has overall light scuffs and scratches no major damage.
Circa, 1920s

Measures, 9" tall with handle down, 6¾” diameter at base.
