1937 Singer 221 featherweight sewing machine with Scrolled Faceplate and carrying case, fully cleaned and serviced. Serial Number AE413323. The machine badge was issued on March 15, 1937, and was manufactured in Elizabethsport, NJ, USA. It has an original 110-volt motor and beautiful chrome trim. The machine, case, and attachments are all in good vintage condition. We’ve had several machines in the last few years and this one purrs. The case is in good vintage condition showing wear, consistent with age and use.
This is 85 years old and in very nice condition for age, machine finished in that classic deep gorgeous shiny black featherweight paint, gold decals and chrome trim. Please see all photos as they are part of the item’s description.
**We have thoroughly cleaned and serviced this machine and replaced any worn or faulty parts. This machine was in wonderful condition and only needed a little TLC and a new electrical cord.

Overall Condition,
MACHINE, runs and operates smoothly, has light wear from use on sewing bed, scuffs, and scratches, tiny paint chips (as shown in pictures).
CASE, is worn on exterior, one clasp is broken, very structurally solid, some paint splatter on front and back.
