We have for sale an Antique 1908 Red Globe Dietz HY-LO
Wonderful Red Globe Railroad lantern made by the Dietz Company of New York. Lantern is all original with tall red glass globe, the lantern is marked on chimney with patented dates July 11, 1899, Nov 19, 1907, Aug 4, 1908.
Original paint color was silver/ gray some of the original paint still shows.
Circa, 1908
Marked, Dietz HY-LO
Measures, 13½” tall, 6” diameter at base.
Condition, good with paint lose and couple dents and dings, missing cap for fuel tank, small flea bite chips on rim of globe, rust on bottom.
