Peters Cartridge Co. Wooden Ammunition Crate
What a wonderful find, early 1900s wooden ammunition box for the Peters Cartridge Co. of Bridgeport Connecticut. This crate dates to the 1930s when Remington Arms bought out Peters Cartridge Co. in 1934. The crate is labeled (Peters Cartridge Division Remington Arms Co.)
The box has dovetail joint corners and grooved out handles on the end panels.
The box is in wonderful condition with very vivid graphics, it’s a true display piece.
Circa, 1930-40s
Marked, Peters Cartridge Co.
Measures, 14 ¼” x 8 ¼” x 8” high.
Condition, very nice condition as found, No Lid.
