1950s Crockett-Renalde Spurs with North and Judd Leather Straps.
One of the better-known names when it comes to antique and vintage western spurs. Oscar Crockett Spurs have been around since the 1920s starting in Kansas City, Oscar passed away in 1949. Oscar’s wife Hazel continued to operate the company until 1951 when she sold it to James Renalde which branded the spurs (CR) Crockett-Renalde, the company finally closed in the 1980s.
This decorative set was produced around the 1950s-1960s, they have overlay design on the outside of the spur and outer button, they have round point star rowels and North and Judd white leather spur straps.
Circa, 1950-60s
Marked, (CR) Marked inside the strap button. Anchor logo on strap buckle.
Measures, 1 ¼” Rowel, Shank 1 ½” long, 2 ¾” spread.
Condition, Spurs are in wonderful condition for age with light wear on inside from boot wear. Straps are worn but solid.
