Vintage McDonald New Perfect Seal Fruit Jar.
Wonderful find this blue glass fruit jar. The jar is quart size with glass lid and wire bail and rubber seal. The McDonald Fruit Jar was patented in 1908 and named the McDonald Perfect Seal in the 1930s McDonald introduced the McDonald New Perfect Seal Jar and it was made till the 1970s. These jars dates between 1930 and 1940s.
Not sure why but every time I find these jars, I start humming Old MacDonald Had a Farm.

Marked, McDonald New Perfect Seal
Measures, 7 ½” tall, 3 ¾” diameter at base.
Condition, normal scuffs, and scratches.
