We have for sale an Antique Wooden Egg Crate.
Wonderful wooden egg transport crate, used by the HEN Egg Company. This is a smaller egg crate made of hardwood which holds approximately 60 eggs, the lid slides in one direction to be removed and has a wood wire bail style handle. Crate is marked on two ends HEN EGG Co. Crate does not have inserts.
This will make a wonderful display piece for your kitchen or bathroom with hand towels.
We have seen a few copycat egg crates with HEN EGG Co. on them, those are not vintage. This is an original HEN EGG Co. Crate.
Circa, 1920-30s
Measures, 7” tall, 11 ¾” square.
Condition, very nice condition, and very clean sturdy.
