We have for sale an Antique McDonald New Perfect Seal Fruit Jars.
Wonderful find these blue glass fruit jars. The jars are quart size with glass lid and wire bail and rubber seals. The McDonald Fruit Jar was patented in 1908 and named the McDonald Perfect Seal in the 1930s McDonald introduced the McDonald New Perfect Seal Jar and it was made till the 1970s. These jars dates between 1930 and 1940s. We have two of these jars both have the number 5 on the bottom.
Not sure why but every time I find these jars, I start humming Old MacDonald Had a Farm.

Marked, McDonald New Perfect Seal
Measures, 7 ½” tall, 3 ¾” diameter at base.
Condition, normal scuffs, and scratches.
