We have for sale Antique Western Spurs
Wonderful Iron Straight Shank Spurs, these are not marked with the makers name, although we are quite sure they were made by August Buermann between 1860-1880. The spurs are made from steel with a five-point start rowel which measures 1 ½” across, the shanks on these are straight and 2 ¼” long. The leather strap and buckles are consistent with Civil War Era straps.
Marked, none
Condition, very solid no cracks or breaks in metal, finish has extreme wear on the nickel-plated, leather straps are worn from age.
