We have for sale a vintage Sierra Fire Equipment Brass Fireman’s Hydrant Wrench
This is a Sierra T7 Folding Spanner / Hydrant Wrench made of solid brass. Made by the Sierra Fire Equipment Company of Los Angeles California. This tool is used by firefighters to open the hydrant water valves.
Sierra Fire Equipment was originally founded in the early 1950s near downtown Los Angeles it was a leading provider of the area in fire protection equipment, the company closed in the early 1990s.
Circa, 1960s
Measurements, 5 1/8” long closed, 9 ¼” long open.
Condition, normal wear from use.
