The lock is made by Keline and made for the Central Valley AGs Railroad
The Central Valley AGs of Monroe, NE. CVAR is a small agricultural rail line running though Nebraska.
Lock has no key.

Measure; 3 ¾” tall, 3” wide
Condition; vintage with scuffs, dings, rust & patina, please see all pictures.
